Four years ago Austchilli moved from its pilot plant to the dedicated state of the art process and packing facility located in the heart of the Austchilli plantations. The smooth operation of this facility doesn't happen by itself. Ian Gaffel as General Manager for the group since 2002 says the secret of our success has been in retaining the strength of our team and the strong relationships with our clients. While the group has grown 5 fold in that time a continued focus on smarter solutions to our clients needs and continuous learning within the team, has meant these core values will benefit anyone joining the Austchilli family.
