Austchilli is currently undergoing trials to ascertain the maximum reliable availability of the Poblano Chilli based on consumer research and feedback. Poblano Chillies are readily available in the US, the UK and parts of Europe. This fruit has a mild heat and is best consumed stuffed and oven roasted. A single Poblano chilli will weigh in the region of 70 grams.

After a difficult year dealing with the aftermath of flood affected crops, Austchilli is proud to announce that their new season chillies are now in plentiful supply and available nationally from Coles and Woolworths supermarkets.

This year a new product appeared on Australian supermarket shelves, ready to eat avocado in multi-use packaging. The packaged avocado, which stays fresher longer and is easy for consumers to handle, relies on the technology of high pressure cold pasteurisation.

'Avo Fresh' made it's mark at the Brisbane Ekka this month when staff from Austchilli and Pressure Fresh Australia attended the annual Brisbane Exhibition to promote 'Avo Fresh' products and give the crowds a chance to taste the different varieties available.
