New Fresh Farms Chilli Purees are made with fresh chillies grown on sunny, Queensland Farms. Queensland’s warm climate creates the perfect growing conditions for fiery chillies, full of flavour.
After they are picked, fresh chillies make their way to our factory in Bundaberg, Queensland. They are washed, chopped and cold-pressed, using High Pressure Processing (HPP) Technology. We don’t cook or heat the chillies which means they retain the nutrients, natural flavour and colour of the fresh chillies.
Made with a minimum of 97% (or more) fresh chillies delivering the same heat, flavour and colour as using fresh chillies.
Lasts for 5 weeks after opening. It’s fast, tasty and zero waste.
