Avocado

We are currently supply avocado pulp into a variety of sweet options from cakes to gelato & ice creams and our latest innovation in this space is freeze dried avocado powder.

HPP Herbs

HPP Herbs are performing exceptional well in ice cream and allows manufacturers to add a premium range using herbs such as basil and mint.

Chillies

Chilli is also a great option into a range of sweet goods from mild through to hot... from chocolates, mousse, cakes, cookies, ice cream.

Vegetables

The market for vegetables have evolved into throughout the sweet space and the need to add more vegetables in our diets will continue to grow, we have seen vegetables added to icy poles, ice creams and baking. Trending options are pumpkin, sweet potato, carrot, beetroot although expect to see more innovation hit the market
