Jalapeno both red and green will see large growth with the Mexican movement.
Combinations using alcohol flavours such as merlot and ale will likely come into the market also.
Finer products showing minimal seed will continue on the Siracha trend but expect this to change back to seeded as Harissa starts to become prominent.
